Southern Crown Homes INC was started by a group of individuals who came together from working for national builders and an experienced CEO who runs several successful businesses. SCH built its first homes in 2020 and after the first 4 CMU homes, they wanted to offer even more to their customers than just premium interior finishes. they wanted to provide their customers with a premium house. They incorporated the use of ICF ” Insulated Concrete Forms” into the construction of their homes.
