WHO WE ARE

​Southern Crown Homes INC was started by a group of individuals who came together from working for national builders and an experienced CEO who runs several successful businesses.  SCH built its first homes in 2020 and after the first 4 CMU homes, they wanted to offer even more to their customers than just premium interior finishes.  they wanted to provide their customers with a premium house.  They incorporated the use of ICF ” Insulated Concrete Forms” into the construction of their homes.  This new standard feature gives Southern Crown Homes Inc houses superior strength and insulation values far exceeding that of the local competition.  The ICF combined with premium LVP flooring throughout, quality plywood box cabinets with soft close doors, 10″ thick walls with massive solid surface window sills, and Cambria Quartz Countertops, are among many more included features that are offered in the Southern Crown Homes Inc value.  Southern Crown Homes Inc couldn’t stop there, in pursuit of even better quality and productivity as a result of COVID a lot of trades have labor shortages and are hiring unskilled labor to fill their teams and the quality of workmanship has fallen dramatically.  Southern Crown would not settle for the results of unskilled labor in their premium homes and hired employees on the company payroll and trained by our department leads who are true veterans in the industry, to install our products to a higher standard.
