So to start, we were at a house built by a different builder. We say the house across the street in the finishing stages and wanted to peek in the windows. By chance, Brian pulled up. He was so nice and the homeowners we very accommodating and allowed us to see their house. Brian said if we could give him time to finish with the homeowners, he would be happy to take us to a house that was in the building stage. We met up at the house and made an offer, and even though the house was already started, we were able to select things for the house to make it our own. These homes are priced very competitively, and the quality is amazing. They are not just thrown together in order to sell. When we went in for our design appointment, the main focus was to make sure everyone was on the same page and any additional needs such as added outlets, etc.
From property search to closing, Southern Crown provided top-notch guidance and support. I couldn't be happier with my new home.
